5. Services
Commissioning and startup
Commissioning and startup require a separate contract with your company. Below are requirements for commissioning and startup.
• electric wiring prior to commissioning
• chip disposal
• sorted materials available
Commissioning and start-up consist in the start-up itself and personnel training on how to adjust and readjust the machine. Our engineer is dispatched to the installation site within 3-5 days from the date of receipt of funds to our account. The price of commissioning and startup includes tickets, daily allowance, engineer's salary, price of accommodation and profit margin.
Transportation services
We organize delivery by truck or train for you to save time and efforts. You may choose the best delivery method out of the following:
• by truck;
• in a 3-, 5- or 20-ton railroad container or gondola car. Equipment is insured;
• by railroad express shipments - for tools;
• by parcel - for tools.
Warranty maintenance
Should any deficiency be revealed in our equipment, you shall notify us in writing by fax. Then we dispatch an engineer to your premises to find out the cause of such deficiency and eliminate it.
